The Cowichan Intercultural Society presents the results of Cowichan’s first Racism & Marginalization study. More than 600 people shared their experiences via the survey & in-person interviews.  The research covers:

  • Experiences of discrimination 
  • Cowichan residents’ sense of belonging, recognition & safety 
  • Attitudes towards immigration 

 

The results provide important information for social agencies, non-profit Boards, governments, educators & everyone who believes in inclusion and diversity.
